Albert
Albert is a Common Lisp doc-generator, comparable to Javadoc and
Doxygen. Currently it generates DocBook. It reads an ASDF system
definition and documents the system. It has been an experimental
system that I've used for my own projects, but others have found it
useful too. Give it a go and let me know what you think.
Documentation
- A few examples of what Albert documentation typically looks
like: [Etiquette, Langband and even Albert itself.]
- A simple HOWTO guide to get started.
- The FAQ which answers quirky questions.
Doc-generation isn't supposed to be easy, but the FAQ answers
several issues.
- Albert has several settings that can be configured either in
the ASDF file or separately. Some of these will probably need
tweaking to ensure that you get the result you want.
- Browse known bugs or existing feature requests.
- Albert's Sourceforge project page,
with links to mailing-lists, downloads, bug-tracker, etc.
- Feedback/questions/etc can be sent to stig@users.sourceforge.net.
- Helpful hint: You can navigate the generated pages in your
browser with
Alt-P
for previous,
Alt-N
for next, Alt-U
for
up, Alt-H
for home/toc and Alt-I
for index.
